Future Leaders Program
NHQ: Irvine, California

As a Future Leaders Intern, you will participate in an 8-week rotational program. Your time will be split between two different departments for 4 weeks each. Assignments are project based and are extremely impactful and relevant. For example, in the past an intern worked on a project that helped launch our office in Brazil.

 

Some highlights of the upcoming internship include:

 

  • Attending executive board meetings and networking with C-level executives

  • Working on meaningful and significant projects

  • Fun group activities with fellow interns

  • An all inclusive trip to our operation centers in Dallas or Atlanta

  • Networking with top-level executives

  • Skill trainings and workshops to develop your personal leadership style

 

Qualifications:
 

  • We are a finance company, but we value academic diversity. Majors in economics, accounting, finance, or any other liberal arts degrees are encouraged to apply

  • GPA: 3.2 and above

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to think logically and systematically 

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand complex frameworks and concepts rapidly

  • Very strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate logical and well-reasoned arguments and conclusions

  • Open to students registered at a Californian post-secondary institution
